Giant Betta

The giant betta is a GIANT betta. In fact they are twice as big as other bettas, ranging from 4 to 8 inches compared to 2 to 3 inches. They can live from 2 to 5 years, averaging a few years. 5 years is a good age to shoot for.

Betta Anabatoides

This is the fancy scientific name for the Giant Betta.

Giant Betta vs King Betta

There is a lot of confusion between the two types. Basically the king betta is a deluxe betta that is normal betta sized (2–3 inches) and the Giant Betta is 4 to 8 inches.
